Through intuitive touch, myofascial release and integrative massage therapy, she facilitates deep, cellular healing that unravels long-held tension-physical, emotional, and energetic. Anchored in the lessons of her own transformational journey, Jennifer holds space for others to shed layers of pain and emerge into the light of their own truth. Her sessions are more than bodywork-they are sacred ceremonies of restoration, remembrance, and radiant self-return.
About Me
With nearly 30 years of experience in human services, Jennifer is a deeply intuitive bodyworker and energy practitioner dedicated to helping others reconnect with their truth.
Her approach weaves together body, mind, and spirit-recognizing that lasting healing happens when al layers of the self are seen, heard, and supported. Jennifer is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher, trauma-informed yoga instructor, licensed massage therapist therapist who specializes in myofascial release, certified Thai and Abhyanga massage, and a Master Instructor of Integrated Energy Therapy.
Guided by empathy and intuition, she creates a safe, sacred space where clients can release stored trauma, clear energetic blocks, and rediscover their natural alignment. Jennifer believes healing isn't about fixing-it's about Remembering.
